Justin masuk dalam kategori Choice Male Artist, Choice Fashion Icon: Male, Choice Male Hottie, Choice Twit, dan Choice Single by a Male Artist untuk lagu 'Boyfriend'. Jumlah nominasi yang didapat Justin setara dengan acara 'American Idol'.

Jakarta Penggunaan frekuensi radio bagi bandar udara harusnya menjadipoint yang sangat penting. Namun ternyata hingga saat ini, bandara-bandara yang berada di bawah naungan PT Angkasa Pura I belum memiliki izin stasiun radio (ISR).
Tak pelak hal ini memunculkan rasa kecewa dari Kementerian Kominfo. Lembaga yang dipimpin Menkominfo Tifatul Sembiring ini pun berharap PT Angkasa Pura I dapat secepatnya menyelesaikan pengurusan ISR sesuai dengan yang diwajibkan dalam UU Telekomunikasi tanpa terkecuali.
"Seluruh bandara yang di bawah Angkasa Pura I belum ada satupun yang punya ISR (Izin Stasiun Radio), izin untuk penggunaan frekuensi. Kalau Angkasa Pura II sudah selesai belum lama ini," ujar Kepala Humas dan Pusat Informasi Kementerian Kominfo Gatot S. Dewa Broto kepada detikINET, Sabtu (19/5/2012).
"Ini perlu dipertegas, karena setiap penggunaan spektrum frekuensi radio wajib dilengkapi ISR (tanpa terkecuali ATC, ILS / Instrument Landing System, radar dan lain sebagainya)," tegasnya.
Pasalnya, jika tidak memiliki ISR ada risiko jika frekuensi yang digunakan berpotensi tidak sesuai peruntukannya. Padahal selama ini Balai Monitoring dan Loka Monitoring Kementerian Kominfo dikatakan selalu kooperatif jika ada gangguan frekuensi penerbangan.
"Lazimnya jika mereka lapor keluhan gangguan, selalu harus menunjukkan nomor ISR, tetapi karena yang diutamakan keselamatan, akibatnya Balmon (Balai Monitoring-red) menomor duakan urusan izin tersebut," sesal Gatot.
ISR penerbangan sendiri tidak dikenai PNBP. Jika ini terus dibiarkan, Kominfo bisa dianggap diskriminatif, meski UU Telelekomuniasi pasal 33 sudah jelas menyebutkan bahwa wajib memiliki izin untuk menggunakan frekuensi.
"Sebagaimana pada umumnya selalu ada surat respons positif ucapan terima kasih dari PT Angkasa Pura kepada Balai Monitoring dan Loka Monitoring seperti yang terakhir pernah dikirimkan oleh PT Angkasa Pura I tertanggal 23 April 2012 kepada Balai Monitoring Frekuensi Radio di Surabaya atas tuntasnya penanganan gangguan frekuensi pemancar localizer ILS Bandara Juanda Surabaya. Artinya penanganan gangguan frekuensi tersebut dilakukan secara sangat serius," Gatot menandaskan.
Namun tentu saja, sikap yang dinanti Kominfo tak sekadar ucapan terima kasih. Melainkan aksi nyata Angkasa Pura I untuk menertibkan izin penggunaan frekuensi dengan mengurus ISR.
Di situsnya, Angkasa Pura I saat ini disebutkan mengelola 13 bandara di kawasan Tengah dan Timur Indonesia, 2 Cargo Warehousing serta Pusat Pengendali Lalu lintas Penerbangan yaitu:
